The service was horrible, Brandy the manager lied to me to gain 8 dollars. 2 steak and eggs with cheese on the hash browns not to mention they forgot one hash brown. Also I had a grits and eggs too and my total was $30.18. Now I had no problem with my total but, I was missing a hash brown and toast and side order of eggs. I called the restaurant to tell them I had food missing and was immediately put on hold. On comes this Brandy person who was nice and helpful. She listened to my problem and told me I can come get what they left out. Well she calls back in 3 minutes and said "I checked the camera and it's shows we have you your food!" Then after a back and forth I asked how was my total that amount and she literally couldn't tell me. After that she said she could​ see the hash browns in the bag. I'm not a scientist but I know she doesn't have x-ray vision. She did all that cause breakfast was over and​ she is a lazy slacker. It was just a few dollars so if she go thru all that for ​that amount then imagine how much she has taken from you. I could've been rude and went back there and embarrassed her but, God see all!!!!!

About a year and a half ago Ms. LaDonna Thibodeaux became the new owner of this restaurant!!! She is a wonderful Christian woman who treats everyone like family and expects her employees to do the same!!! She has made a lot of changes to the place!! If you haven't already been by I suggest you do so!!! I guarantee you won't be disappointed!!!

Cajun taters were awesome.

My family and I were camping at Lakeview from Feb 14, 2015 through Feb 18, 2015 and we went into town and ate at your restaurant one evening. We did not know the restaurant was going to close not long after we arrived. The staff let us order anyway. The food was over cooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. The blooming onion was burnt on the outside and mushy raw in the inside. The burgers were burnt on the outside and raw in the inside. Needless to say I was disappointed.

Stopped in Ronnie's Cajun Cafe for breakfast and really enjoyed both the people and the food. They gave me a sample of Cajun rice stuffing and it was delicious.

the food people and atmosphere are of grate quality and the prices are responsible and reccomen to all to try it
