I recently moved to Dallas from FL and we were looking for a vet for a new puppy, and this one was the closest to my house. Every visit I have gone they have been great, very timely and super friendly and very helpful. Also when I had an emergency with my puppy when he broke his leg, I called and asked them for an opinion and they asked me to come right in and reviewed his X-rays, no appointment, that was very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going to Harwood Road Animal Hospital for approximately 36 years. Back then it was run by Dr. Ficken and I had excellent service, care and compassion from them. Today, it is the same with Dr Kussmaul. He is a wonderful vet and all of his personnel are the same. They are extremely caring and compassionate and Dr. Kussmaul takes excellent care of my beloved pets. He will not needlessly order tests that don't need to be done. I will continue to go there as long as I have pets.

Dr Kussmaul is amazing. He has been my vet for several years. Very caring and sweet with the animals. When my 16 year old cocker spaniel was very sick, he showed up at my house just to check on her and drop off her medicine. What vet does that these days? I moved to Plano and still drove my animals to Euless to see Dr. Kussmaul. I've referred many people over. If you are like me and think of your animals as your children, you will want to see Dr. Kussmaul. I can't say enough great things about his kindness and nurturing way with animals and he is very knowledgable. Best vet in the metroplex!
