I used this company about 3 years ago to successfully treat a very small termite issue in a bathroom area in our home and Ken was very professional and economically priced. We just discovered a small amount of dirt particles (3 years later) in that same area so of course we thought termites might be back so I had Ken come back for a new inspection. He felt like the dirt was old, and found no evidence of any new insects. Rather than charging me an inspection fee, or worse- giving me false advice and selling me on new treatment, he just suggested we caulk the area in question and just watch for any new activity before calling him back out. You cannot easily find honesty and integrity like that in the market place. I would highly recommend this company!

I was very pleased with Ken. He was on time, knew exactly what kind of pests I was dealing with and explained to me what they were doing to my house and how he was going to fix the problem. He went about his business and was done within a short amount of time. His fee was very reasonable as well. I will be utilizing his services again in the future!
