A very honest business. The owner advocates for all involved. Valerie has ran this business with zero deceit towards anyone for over 18 years.

We placed our dog in this facility a few years ago while spending some time out of town. We left a giant bag of expensive food (knowing full well our distraught dog would never eat that much) and paid for extra walks. We left a blanket for our dog as comfort. When we picked her up the blanket was soiled (this particular dog has a bladder of steel - seriously can go 14 hours without having to pee) and none of her food was returned. This lead me to believe that they were NOT taking her out as I had paid to have them do (which let's be honest, any reputable kennel should do ANYWAY) and that they used her food to feed the rest of the boarders. Always looking for a safe and comfortable place for our pooch...this ain't it! (I'm only posting this now, bc I just picked up their card at the 'Bark in the Park' and was reminded about our experience there). Our pet was returned to us uninjured, but bc she can't tell us of her experience, i can only make my conclusions from what we found...

I wish I'd read the review about this place charging by the calender day. I too was overcharged and when questioned about it, the staff showed me the contract I had signed when i dropped off my dog(like it was Ok to charge me since I had signed their contract!). The staff said that the way it is and not their problem. This kennel also was pretty dirty. I don't know who wrote the other positive reviews here, but I bet it was the owner!

I've always taken my dog to be boarded at this place, but they have changed their billing policy recently. All other positive reviews are now superseded by this one!I took my dog in to be boarded on 3/22/2010 around 2:30 pm, I then came to pick my dog up around 12:30 pm the next day. I was charged for 2 days! Along with charges for food, pad and "office" exercise time my bill was over $50.00 for one day! The billing policy changed recently and you're billed by CALLENDER DAY only to generate extra income. They allso charge for everything extra including food and pad.I won't be taking my dog here again. It's a ripoff!

I am very protective of my pets, and this kennel takes wonderful care of my pets,they listen to me and my dog, even tho she was happy to see me didnt want to leave!! thats a great feeling... 2 thumbs up all the way

Original reviewer is a disgruntled former employee. It is completely inaccurate, and used for revenge for being fired. This kennel has an excellent record, and has a friendly staff and owner. They take very good care of pets. It is wrong that DEX allows slanderous reviews with no recourse.

I have used this company for the past 7 years and have never had a single problem. The staff has had to administer medication and follow specific instructions for my pets, and I have never been disappointed. They always give my pets extra care and attention. My pets are my children and I wouldn't trust them with just anyone. The amount of dedication that is exhibited through the owner and the staff supersedes rest. I would recommend this company to anyone who loves their pets as much as I do mine. There was an original review on this site from Bear, a disgruntled employee, that was obviously a complete lie and the review has since been deleted.
