STAFF INFECTION. @@@@@"""""""""IMPORTANT READ BELOW""""""I sent my wife in as a suprize to have her Hair colored and cut , she doesn't like to be styled or have her hair dried or curled alway health conscious! After multiple doctors and emergency visit she was infected all over her beautiful head with Staff Infection ,, it started at the back of her neck up in her Hair with swelling and redness she couldn't sleep woke up crying all night ( as her husband I felt so sad so helpless ) then it spread down neck , she at first thought it was a pulled muscle from the wash bowl and massage that Michelle gave her. So she went to the chiropractor,,, then it started stinging all over her head spreading like fire literally ugh massive head aches and pain, tears . We decided enough asked many times for help from Michelle at utopia and all she would do is ignore my request for list of products I thought it may be allergy related do to chemicals, she just kept saying I keep everything sterilized ugh really ! Never offered to look or help at all. She lied and said to the owner that she gave list to my wife and never did . Then I asked the Owner Cecelia to help get list " Nothing " I got the she is an independent contractor I can't help you bull ... So when I got in from work today Sunday my wife crying her eyes out I had enough!,, we went in to Urgent Care Coburg rd no sleep for days now since Friday the 6th when hair testament was done BY MICHELLE !!!And she the Doctor informs us my Wife's head is covered in STAFF INFECTION AND IS IN HER NECK ,,,HER TEMPERATURE HIGH SHAKEING WE ARE DEVISTATED ! She was emediatly put on steroids , antibiotics , and pain killers narcotics,, ointments and ice packs, I AM SICK TO MY STOMACH OVER THIS AND HOW WE WERE TREATED ,,, I HAVE EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED PICTURED AND WILL NOT STOP HERE HOW HORRIBLE A PLACE HOW HORRIBLE THE TREATMENT AND HOW HORRIBLE THE OWNER AND STAFF STAFF STAFF STAFF STAFF COVERED STYLIST ,,,,NOT,I HAVE NEVER WROTE A REVIEW BUT I WILL WRITE EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE ABOUT THIS ,,FYI IM STILL UP LISTENING AT 1:30 am to my wife crying ,,,I hate this.
