This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with! They charged me over $1,000 in repairs and cleaning when I moved out. They sent out a two page "move out letter" detailing what needed to be done before vacating the premises. Even though I did everything they said, they still managed to make up $1,000 worth of bogus charges. They charged me for pressure washing the front and back patio claiming that it was mossy. They charged me for mowing and edging the grass. I paid a professional company to mow and edge the property the day before I moved out. They charged me for "flea removal". My dog didn't have fleas and there was no carpet in the entire house. All hard wood floors. Where would fleas have lived? They charged me $250 to "touch up paint". No way does it cost that much to touch up paint, but their move out letter never said anything about painting. Worst company I've ever dealt with. 100% of the charges are completely made up.

This is the worst property company that I had ever encountered!!!



They never walked through the property with you; therefore, you are entrapped because you will never know what they will charge you from your deposit when you move out. They lied and ripped me off when I tried to get my deposit back. They first ignored my calls for weeks and then lied.



This company lacks integrity. Avoid this company if you can, unless you don't care for your deposit.
