The most ERROGANT staff that I ever seen in a DENTIST OFFICE



i took my ins. authorization with me for my APPT. & asked is this

my responsibility ? the ERROGANT receptionist had the same letter

& she told me they use different numbers ?? they said my responsibility

was over 3 times what was on the authorization form.



I went to my INS. agent & they informed the ins. co. This office will do

ANYTHING to SCAM the ins. co.
