Provided by YP.comThis was my first time needing physical therapy. So I shopped around to find the best price, and someone with experience. Which is why I decided to go to Reclaim therapy. The staff was nice, at first. But didn't take into consideration what is the best for the meas their patient. I was told on several occasions not to worry about the price of things. That my insurance should cover it. Which the insurance didn't. Before they even checked with the insurance to verify that they would. This made me mad and it is not professional to say that to any patient in my opinion. Especially since I was the one that is paying the bills not them. I am really disappointment by my experience here, and the lack of professionalism and will not be going here again.
