We had a huge issue with water damage on our toy hauler. We took it to Robert and his crew, he went above and beyond to help us through all the insurance details, and the repairs were excellent. He explained everything he was going to do, gave us choices on products/parts, etc. We will not take our trailer to anyone else, Robert, Amber, Jeremiah and the whole crew are GREAT!!!!

We have had both a tent trailer (in the past) and now a hard side trailer that QCS has periodically worked on for us. Their work has always been top notch. Robert is a man of integrity with expertise in rv repair. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The work seems fair. However, it took them a total of 5 months to get my rig back to us. I'm sure they are good, if you don't mind having jobs pushed ahead of you and he admitted it.

The other issue is the fact that Robert will rarely call you back, after you call three or four times and demand a return call or to talk to him, only then will he return the call or talk.

When we explained that we needed it a little faster. He laughed and said we could come and pick it up, even though it was torn apart. He also said if we wanted to come and help him do the work we could.

As a business woman myself, I feel the work was okay, I think? I will know more after the inspection. But I do not know how they've received so many glowing reviews after what we went through. There are some bubbles in our ceiling, which we are going to have inspected by a professional. Maybe that's normal we don't know.

Ask me if we would ever return to this place to have any RV fixed- that we buy. I will be honest and tell you there is no way we would ever step foot back in this place, unless it's to pick up all our missing dishes, our almost new sewer line, and things that are missing from our rig.

After experiencing a flat tire in my class A, my motor home was brought to Quality for extensive repair several years ago. After repairs done by other shops that had to be redone by QCS (correctly) and all the other ouches and breakdowns that we rv'ers are familiar with, I just don't go anywhere else - even if I have to return from WA or AZ to get reasonable and exemplary service. Except in emergencies, I just don't let anyone else touch her. In fact, sometimes my mh just heads to QCS to demand care. (Well, I swear she does anyway.) AND, most importantly, I have referred many here and they all have been grateful and pleased. Bring your rv ills here and you might find me here also.

This is a really great business with two of the coolest owners you'd ever want to meet.....have had friends use this service and they walked away very happy campers!!!!

I have been using QCS for all of my routine and not so routine services for my class A coach for the past year, after working with most of the other service providers in the area since 2003. My only regret is that I didn't find QCS years ago. I recommend Robert and his staff for all major and minor repair and maintenance services, for all types of recreational vehicles. Be sure and and have them put a QCS decal on your rig - proof that you're a smart shopper!

Quality Coach is the only place we feel comfortable taking our motorhome for repairs-we always know that the work is done honestly, correctly, and on a timely basis. Only on emergencies will we go anywhere else and we will drive days out of our way to come to Quality Coach.

We spent the last three days at Quality Coach Service, They fixed two big problems with our coach that no other RV repair service could even find, much less fix. The owner, Robert and his expert service rep Brian did an awesome job. They were bound and determined to find what was causing our problems and their thoughtful and thorough analysis of the problem lead to a quick solution. They were accommodating and helpful and made us feel like family. We have already recommended them to other RVer's and will continue to do so without hesitation. They are THE BEST!

I would highly recomment Robert Arndell at Quality Coach Services! They have been working on my parent's coaches for about 8 years and we are always impressed at his ability to make sure that the job is done correctly, delivered when promised and communicates the process clearly and professionally. Our family now has 3 coaches, which are all serviced by Quality Coach Services. I give them a great big "thumbs up" !

We have a small, beloved tent trailer. When repairs are needed, (and if you own an RV you know that's an occasional reality) we take it to QCS. They are always efficient, timely, and honest. We truly do appreciate Robert and his crew at QCS!

I have a Coachmen motorhome that has been worked on my QCS many times. I have never been unhappy with the service. They are fast, competent and easy to talk to. I could not be happier and will keep coming back for all my service work.

The nice folks at Eugene Power tool have NEVER purchased anything from us at Quality Coach Services. What they DID purchase was a used ATV from an employee of ours vias a Craigslist ad. Then Proptly spray painted the entire ATV and when it broke down wanted all of thier money back. The employee did go above and beyond and repair the ATV TWICE after the AS-IS sale was final. What this is, is a sad case of buyers remorse and we are truely sorry it happened.
