This place is terrible. Boarded here for three years only because family situation didnt allow me to move sooner. Scary footing, scary fencing in the big pasture, most of the TINY TINY public turnout pens that are underwater half the time, horses without water in the turnouts in the summer, no shade in the small turnout pens, horses not getting fed, no management system, money hungry owner who could care less about his boarders, stealing, lying, gossip...



The list goes on and on. Ask almost anyone who has boarded there, it's a terrible place to board.

Worst place ever.I don't like it at all.

Great place for watching the horses and riders.
