During one of the coldest weeks in Eugene history our heating system failed. Mitch answered our call with same day service and an after hours repair so that we would have heat during the cold night ahead. Braving the icy streets, he rapidly pinpointed the problem, obtained a replacement part within the hour and returned to finish the repair. It is 70+ degrees in our house (26 and dropping outside) thanks to Mitch. No BS sales pitches, just an honest fair deal, great attitude, and a handshake when it was all done. I 100% recommend Majestic Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing HVAC service. He will be getting my call for any future repairs, upgrades, or installation. It is hard to find this kind of service!!!!!!!!

Mitch did a great job removing my old furnace and installing my new more effiecient one. He even cleaned up the area around the furnace so it was better than before. I also think I got a great overall price compared to the bigger companies bids. Couldn't be more happy!

Mitch did a really nice installation at our house and when we had questions about programming of the thermostat he promptly came right back over and made sure we knew how to work the thermostat.
