Raquel Hecht has been an immigration lawyer in the State of Oregon since 1993. She is a founding partner of Hecht & Norman, LLP with offices in Eugene, Salem, and Bend and is the largest immigration law office in Southern and Middle Oregon. Raquel Hecht is a frequent speaker at various professional events, a member of the City of Eugene Police Commission, and an active Rotarian. Raquels past activities include: adjunct professor of immigration law at the University of Oregon School of Law, speaker on immigration law, prior vice-president of the Lane Arts Council, past board member of the Eugene Research Institute, past Rotary Board member and Chair of the International Youth Exchange Committee, and member of the International Friendship Exchange Committee for the District, past member of the Education and Outreach Committee of the Human Rights Commission, and past member of the Nutrition and Education Committee of the 4J School District. Raquel Hecht handles complex immigration cases representing businesses, individuals and their families facing a myriad of immigration issues. She assists for-profit companies and non-profit organizations by providing immigration expertise competently, efficiently, and promptly, and also individuals and their families in finding the best solutions to their immigration challenges by carefully listening to their life stories, dreams and aspirations.
