Our roof started leaking after the high wind and heavy rains. We called a local roofer. He came out and told us that our roof was end of life after 20 years. He gave us a bid of $7200 and a separate bid of $800 to do the gutters. I went over to a neighbor house that had their roof done 3 years ago. They said they used Grace Roofing.
