What a great place to do business. They send you into the yard unsupervised, telling you which row you are most likely to locate your needed item. Needed a 2002 Honda Civic windshield wiper driver side spray nozzle and in 10 minutes I had the part and was out the door.

I live in southern Oregon. I was having a very hard time finding parts. Usually Action/caveman auto has it all, but the one time they didn't Pick A Part came to my rescue! Thanks Guys!

to anyone reading this DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR PARTS! G&R and PICK-A-PART are terrible doing business with.go to any other company and save yourself the trouble. because of the employee incompetence we have been without a part for almost 3 weeks that was supposed to arrive in 3 days. after 2 orders of the wrong part and another order that was supposedly ordered but never shipped we are STILL WAITING for our part. apparently the person we talked to about this who was supposed to fix everything is conveniently sick today and his manager knows nothing about anything going on so its looking like another week without the part we need. I know they have lost the respect and business of anyone we have contact and because of the poor service and run around we have gotten this company will now receive a negative review on every outlet i can find to help out any other poor family from EVER using ANY of their services ever again.

Very poor customer service for the average customer. Just a wave by staff to unmarked rows, not even a crude map. Steer clear until owners care about customers other than frequent visitors.

These guys have only been helpful one time out of 10! I call the smaller places around and get more help and the ones smaller ones have always had the part I need in stock when I call. No waiting for it to come "tomorrow" from one of their 7 locations.

These people are AWESOME! Helpful, courteous, know they're cars & parts and have the BEST prices around! I won't go anywhere else anymore because if they don't have the part, I doubt anyone else does! Besides, I KNOW I won't get ripped off here!They also accomodate people with disabilities with utmost respect!Thank you SO much Pick-a-Part for treating me right everytime! You're definitely worth the drive for me!
