I had Associated out to look at my heating system & they told me that the system should be replaced because of age & some issues the unit was having. They sent out a salesman that talked about a "wonderful" Coleman heat pump system, but never left me with any information. His bid was written on a piece of paper. I couldn't believe it. So unprofessional, I've gotten more from the yard man. After doing some research online I've found that the Coleman system is known for having problems and short life. Also, I could buy the equipment online for way less than what their selling it for. I actually called and asked for more information twice and never received a call back. So much for the great customer service they claim to have. I checked around and went with another company that treated me much better.

Justin was out to our house and did a great job. We invested into a new heating system and everyone that came out was super. We have never had any complaints! Great company!

We called Associated Heating because our heating system had stopped working. From the office staff to the service person they sent out they were TOP NOTCH. I would use them again!
