The initial drop off and review of dry cleaning request was impressive but the price increases to $8.50 a shirt and out of six shirts only one was pressed correctly and clean. One was torn a 1/2 inch cut on the upper outer sleeve and not pressed, another not washed at all then pressed leaving soiled sleeves, another multiple decorative stones removed when hand washed and soil left on shirt and poorly pressed, yet another washed and not pressed, and lastly the sixth shirt more stones missing new marks ? Stains on shirt back shoulder and poorly pressed. I contacted the ABC cleaners by phone and a young CSR requested I come in and speak with manager. Within a half hour I had the shirts in hand and the CSR was speaking to a seamstress translating my concerns, the seamstress briefly looked at the shirts continuos shaking her head, I was then informed there was nothing to be done. I reviewed the cut, the soiled shirts, the stains, the missing stones, and poor or lack of pressing... An older man appeared from the back with hands in the air "not here, we go over 5 times, no stains here... " as he motioned for me to leave. No resolution of damaged shirt, unclean shirts, lack of pressed shirts, new stains... I requested the names of the manager or owner and no one would speak to me!!!! With over 30 years dry cleaning experience as a customer I understand errors can occur but it has always been brought to my attention and a resolution found. Never have I witnessed such poor service and refusal of correcting or even acknowledging poor service. DO NOT GO TO ABC Cleaner your expensive clothing will be ruined!!!
