Two days ago Dan "opened" our pool and discovered that our pump and flow valve needed to be replaced (water was leaking from multiple places).It was an older system and we knew it was coming at some point.Dan actually installed the pool in the deck of our home 30 years ago, long before we owned the home. It was just by the grace of God I happened to contact Dan at Sunburst Pools while calling multiple companies to open the pool. They have opened and closed our pool for the past 2 seasons.
Dan immedieatly ordered the replacement peices we needed. He called me to let me know it would be cheeper to replace the entire filter system then just the 2 peices that were bad. How cool is that! He scheduled us for a Saturday installation. The price was more than realsonable. To our joyful surprise he had one of his crews out here TODAY, A DAY EARLY to get everything installed.
It was POORING rain today. It was on the cool side and a miserable day to be working in the rain.
The crew Dan sent was AMAZING! Not a single complaint about working the the weather. They were SO professional, thorough and KIND! They finished the job quickly and made certian everything was perfect before they left. My husband and I were so impressed!
Sunburst pools has our 5 star recomendation again! You're not goikng to go wrong using sunburst pools in Pataskala Ohio.

We love our Sunburst Pool! I can't imagine having a metal pool after swimming in a Sunburst. These things are solid. From the customer service with Joe to Lee, Brad, and Chris building it; These guys are top notch and have been a blast work with. Highly recommend!

Joe is really a great guy.... we worked with his competitor across the street a few years ago, and long story short, the new liner we purchased just 3 years ago didn't last and we had to get another new liner this year. Joe is VERY knowledgeable about all things pool related. Although the spring was a very wet one, which makes it hard for them to do installations, Joe kept in contact with us the whole time and came out every nice weather day he could to keep the process moving. He even helped us with a separate water issue that was well outside his contract with us. Since switching to SUNBURST pools & spas (which is very separate from the one across the street!!), our pool costs have gone down tremendously, the maintenance has gone down, and we now have a beautiful properly installed liner! Thanks Joe and Team!

This business fixed my green pool when the store across the street couldn't. I went to the other pool store (classic designs) when my pool started turning green. I purchased many chemicals and spent loads of money trying to get it fixed over 6 weeks with no success. I finally gave up and tried Sunburst. It was fixed in 2 days. I have now been a customer for 5 years and couldn't be happier.

This company replaced my pool liner in May of this year and I have been very SATISFIED with the work that they have done!!! Joe makes sure you get prompt service and gets the job done! Joe has also given me excellent advice on maintaining my pool as I am a new pool owner. I would recommend this company to all of those who own a pool and/or thinking about getting one. He has been in business for 22 years giving great customer service! Thank you so much guys and job well done!

They did a great job, I needed a new pump motor and he took one out of a set so we could enjoy the pool over the Father's Day weekend, thank you Mr Magnificent!
