If you want to have your vehicle FIXED RIGHT the first time, bring it to Lou,s auto. They check your car over for any possible future problems reguardless of what problem you are experiencing. I brought my van in to have a battery service preformed. Lisa called to inform me that my water pump was starting to leak and I had a oil leak at my valve cover gasket. These two problems would have gone unchecked if I had taken my van anywhere else. By not having these two problems fixed, I could have caused major problems to my engine. Thank you Lisa. I have had you do other repairs to my van. I am so glad that you are there to do my auto repair work. I tell every one I know to take their vehicles to your shop. Again, THANK YOU...

The above review was made by me when I was upset with my old Nissan Sentra. Please ignore my comments on that post. The owner is very fair and the mechanics are very professional. Please know my post was made during a stressful time of my life. Take your car to Lou's and, I know, you will be satisfied. Five Stars ***** for this company.

I took my car to Lous Auto Service, 800 Eastern Blvd, 21221. Left it there for days and was charged over $600.00. The problem with my car was never fixed and I was refused a refund. Yes, the people are nice until there is a problem and then the owner does NOT want to admit she is wrong. Very sad that I trusted the owner only to learn she is all about $$$$$$$$$$$. Will NEVER go there again. BEWARE! She claimed I would NOT leave my car for a cold start and she had the car on her lot for eleven days. How many cold starts do they need? She quoted me $300.00 odd and when the car was "supposely" fixed, she called with a new quote of over $600.00. That is against the law but I let it, finally, go and learned a very hard lesson!
