would not recommend anyone leasing from Essex park townhomes which is now under new management with westminister. if I could give them lest than a star I would. the new management as well does not take pride in their residence and the community. the leasing managers are rude and would push you off the phone with any issues at hand, and try not to hold your breath to get them to take care of any maintenance request. NEVER again cant wait until my lease is up. i am so ready to get out of this dump.
