First let me say, I did not purchase windows. I purchased kitchen cabinets. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!! I dealt with Sean Salisbury who not only asked me my "must haves" and "would loves", but he designed me a kitchen that included both. He measured the existing space and ordered my cabinets. The cabinets were delivered EXACTLY when he said they would be. My contractor had no questions about the location of each cabinet. The instructions were easy to follow. I will be calling here again when we remodel our master bathroom!!!!

The customer service at the business is far from good. The attitude you get on the phone is not acceptable. I am not sure where the manager or owner is when their employees are talking to customers but they really should pay closer attention before they lose the customers that keep money coming in so they can pay their rude employees.

Do not buy windows from this company. I have had more problems in dealing with this company than I can say. The manager Jerry is nowhere to be found and doesn't like to return calls which makes getting anything accomplished nearly impossible. Their inside sales/office lady Tammy is the only one who seems to know anything about customer service. The product is adepuate at best. The design of their Thermaweld windows is poorly executed in that the H channel for double windows gives the chance for air to come thru. We had the windows installed in 2009 and they are performing well now that we had several visits from their team. We froze during the winter until they fixed the problem. My contractor was here and explained to them how the design doesn't make for a really good window. Between the so-so workmanship and the ridiculous chasing of people to get answers, I can say that I wouldn't recommend this company EVER! Still don't understand how the Westminster store is still in business....

I called this morning to place an order with Angie and her attitude is horrible. I placed my order with another company.

The Vwstyle review is from an employee, the company is very unprofessional and does not produce a good product even for the cheap rehab jobs that you may be doing. They promise a week turn around only to be denied that after 8 weeks of waiting and still no product. BWF is quick to take your money and promise a solid product but the results of the product and service is not exceptional. I RATE THEM ZERO STARS for poor service and a very poorly produced product, if your window cracks, they blame you or state that its science, heat and cold will crack the window, and charge you to replace the glass and charge you labor to do it too. This is absolutely ridiculous. after several attempts to work with them I was told to speak to the sales manager Mark, he never returned any of my 6 calls and messages left, and with no returned calls and I was paying over and over for a poorly produced product with no quality control, several of the locks were broke and the screw holes were stripped I had to bite the bullet and have them the Baltimore Window factory windows removed. I had them replaced with Pella Windows and guess what not one cold and warm cracked glass, It was bogus I was told that is a production error with cutting the glass to big and it being to tight in the frame the pressure will eventually sometimes sooner than later will crack. So research the companies before you decide to use them for your home or one that you may be rehabbing.
