I wish I would have looked on line before I let them in my home. Thank goodness I went with my gut feelings and didn't let him talk me into the $1200.00 job he was trying to get. The only thing I got for $108.00 was the pipe he broke! I called Tri-County Plumbing on a recommendation from my Cousin and was told it was not a $1200.00 job no way! Not only did one man do the job but he did it in three hours not the four hours I was told I need from 410 Plumber! Tri-County Plumbing did the job for $420.00 and they even changed the washers in the utility room sink and fixed the pipe that 410Plumber broke! I called three times to talk to the owner James Smith and never got a call back! I work very hard for my money and feel like I threw away $108.00 for someone to break a pipe and leave me in a worse place than I was when I started! Shame on you! ����

My daughter's sewer line backed up late Tuesday of Thanksgiving week when she had 10 people staying at the house from Wednesday to Sunday. I called one plumber who would be out in the morning, then called 410 Plumber to see if they could come out that night. The woman on the phone convinced me to use their services because they are local and "right around the corner" and would have everything they need just a few minutes away. They were scheduled to come out and look at the line with a camera at 8:30 am the next day. After calling twice, they finally showed up at 11:00. They used an auger on the line but had to call another guy to bring the camera. Another hour later he showed up and they found what we expected, roots and broken clay pipes. Their "supervisor", Ty, who brought the camera gave us a slick sales pitch offering all kinds of non existant discounts. We agreed on getting the work done on Friday at 8:30. We got up early and nothing. After multiple calls being told the guys were in the shop getting everything together, an employee showed up around 11 and I was told later he was sent just to have someone from the company on site. He sat in his truck until about 1:30 telling us he was being told they were on the way. I really felt bad for this guy because he was so embarrassed for not having answers. It was finally decided around 3 they would not have enough daylight to dig up the yard and get the work done. I was very upset because we had 10 people flushing and holding off on showers because we didn't want to have to mop the basement floor again. Kenny in the office was very upset as well and offered to reduce our estimate because of the delays and offered to have their supervisor come over and work out what would be done. I refused to allow Ty in the house since every one of his promises were never met. Kenny sent the owner who stood in the kitchen and gave me another load of bull. We decided to wait until Monday when most of the company was gone. I told him I rate every service i use and right then they were no better than one star. He promised he would provide 5 star service and "wouldn't be able to sleep well if I was not satisfied with the new plan". What a crock!!! The backhoe showed up around 9 on Monday and with three or four scoops, broke into the water line. We had to wait over an hour for a guy to come from the shop "right around the corner" to bring the tool to shut off the water. With all day to complete the job, they stood around more than working while someone ran back and forth getting stuff they didn't have on their truck. The job wasn't completed until mid afternoon on Tuesday. One of the employees asked me for the final payment. I told him Kenny had promised a reduction in the bill because of all the problems. The receptionist offered me a whopping $100 off my $5,300 bill. I received a call from the owner yelling and screaming at me to pay his guy so he could get on to his next job. When I asked about reducing the bill he said he offered my husband a discount on the work needed in the basement but the bill for the work they did "is what it is". I told him I was taking the $100 I had been offered, he told me, to pay his guy then hung up on me!! Then it took them over two weeks to bring the correct cap for the cleanout in the basement they promised the day after the work was complete. They are slick, all hot air, and no action! Oh, and don't try leaving a negative review on their website "blog" that shows nothing but good reviews. I entered my negative review and it was promptly removed.

This company is horrible and completely unprofessional. I called for service, they came out on Monday to provide an estimate. I agreed to the price and work and they promised someone would be out on Wednesday morning. No one showed up, so we called. We were told someone was on their way. Another hour or two, we called again and got the same response. This went on all day until someone showed up after 4pm. The person who showed up came with no parts, had no idea what the job was and told us he couldn't do the job today, but he would be back first thing Friday morning. Friday morning comes, no one show up. We call the office and they tell us now no one can come out until Monday. We had given them a deposit up front and apparently that was a big mistake. They already deposited my check and don't seem to have any intention of coming to do the work. I'm getting my money back. I should also mention the fact that I have now had to take two days off of work for these people to not show up. I specifically asked the guy who was here to give the estimate if they could really be here on Wednesday because I would need to take off work. They have no respect for their customer's time.
