Established in 1960, Valle Vista Convalescent Hospital is operated by Covenant Care, which includes more than 5,000 healthcare professionals in its self-owned care communities and institutional pharmacies. Valle Vista Convalescent Hospital is a nearly 60-bed rehabilitation center that provides short- and long-term residential health care.
