We have been with this company for years and live everything about it. The security, the employees and ease of access to our storage space. Wouldnt go any where else.

Storage facility is clean. A little disappointed with the extra fee added to the late fee that was already in my monthly bill. Lady working at the front desk was very accommodating. Shout out to Sam, previous facility care taker for being such an awesome and helpful person.

Each door is individually alarms and every Customer has their own individual gate code. This is a great storage Center!

This place is kept clean, outside area and in the hall areas. I feel save with my stuff in there hands.

When I first signed a lease there, I was satisfied with the facility and the personnel working there. Since Sam and his wife have taken over management responsibilities, things are cleaner, more organized, and certainly more efficient. They are personable, fair, but adhere to the rules to elevate this facility to one of the best I have ever used in any state.

Everyone is always very professional and kind. Sam and his lovely wife have helped answer questions and given me great peace of mind. Thank you all for making me feel like your "only customer " every time.

I rented here a couple of years before these new owners, & these folks are great. The facility is very accessible, clean and I feel comfortable that it's secure & safe. I've even had them contact me when my door wasn't properly locked up. Thank you - totally appreciated! It's location is accessible from any parts of Escondido especially & provides plenty of space for a moving truck for loading & unloading. Overall an affordable & rest your mind at peace place.

The place is clean and affordable. I found most places were going to charge me more for a smaller space.

This company and local storage facility was a great choice to store items in. We just checked out of our unit, so I am in no way writing this for a discount. Every single interaction with the staff has been spectacular and positive. Check-in and check-out was super easy and they were familiar with everything. We had an outside unit on the street level and access was good. I was worried about the 2 storms we recently had that dumped 3 inches during one of them. No water made into the unit and all items were safe. At first I thought the hours would be too restrictive, but they are fine. No need to move stuff outside of the hours (Although maybe opening at 6 AM during a few summer days would be great. I would definitely rent storage again from SPS.

The staff are very friendly, professional,and knowledgeable, they are very through. Making it easy for us to pick a unit that fit our need. The units are secure and security is tight. Making our rent payment every month is easy, due to having multiple ways we can pay.

I would definitely recommend Security Public Storage to anyone looking for the perfect place to store your valuables.
