DO NOT GO DOWN THIS RABBIT HOLE!! These people came out to fix my spa heater a half dozen times while it was covered under my home warranty, and each time it was not working again within a couple weeks. Unfortunately, home warranty companies leave you with the lowest hanging fruit in regards to vendors they assign to resolve your issue, and this company is even a poor example of that. After coming out six times with still no actual fix, I called them a seventh time, now out of warranty, and they will not help with any costs, despite their failure to fix it the first six times while I was covered. The co-owner, Ryan, also was extraordinarily rude and brazen about their lack of accountability, even after his partner agreed that they should bear responsibility and come out at their expense. Ryan called me the next day to tell me to pretend like no one told me that and to basically piss off. I don't deserve this, and neither do you!

When I read the other bad reviews of this business I was shocked and confused because the service I had with San Dieguito Pools was top notch! If I could give 10 stars for them I would.



I contacted this pool company because a handful of my friends had used them for remodeling their pool and it turned out fantastic. I called the office and they scheduled Mike (the owner) to come out the very next day to meet with me and talk about what I envisioned for my pool. Not only did he show me pictures of different ideas that he had, but he also took me to his previously completed jobs so that I could see all the different styles of rock work and pools that he could build for me.



Mike is a very talented individual with really great ideas to turn your back yard into an oasis. He gave me an estimate and completed the pool on budget and more importantly, on time! My main concern was that I wanted a lot of natural rock work and lush landscaping and it turned out BETTER than I could of ever imagined. With my newly remodeled pool he also set up all new pool equipment in a better location so I could not hear the pumps and equipment running.



I enjoyed my pool and working with Mike so much, I asked him back a couple months later to complete my oasis look by adding in a custom driveway and entry way. Again, everything was done with the highest quality materials and creativeness and, of course, on budget and on time.



Mike and his wife Shirley run a really great team at San Dieguito Pools. The secretaries in the office were always accommodating with my schedule and handled my warranty work on equipment flawlessly.



If you want a pool company that listens to your every concern and treats you like you are their top priority, please go with this company. I promise that you will have the pool of your dreams built by a company that stands behind their work 100%.
