Most horrible plumbing service company in my experience. Coy exemplifies unprofessional and poor customer service, he pressures/cheats customer to purchase unwanted products, and charges the most outrages prices. I actually saved $700 to install the same exact water heater with another plumber who was humble, courteous and more importantly listened to my/customer need. I wasted $105 just on the service call and to be entertained by Coy's attitude and unprofessional service. I will not recommend Resurrection Plumbing to anyone in/around San Diego.

We live in a two story Townhouse . A leak appeared in the ceiling downstairs two days ago so we were forced to shut all running water. Brandon from Resurrection Plumbing out of Escondido arrived and said we would have to get a contractor to remove all the downstairs ceiling popcorn before he could tear into it to fix . He gives me a phone number to some friends that do that type of work . This would have cost me an arm and leg as it would have ran in the Thousands . I called a local plumber , within 5 minutes he determined the problem was a Possy temp cartridge in the upstairs shower Knob . Twenty minutes later job completed , Cost 150.00 . The Inexperienced Plumber's ( unless he intentionally tried to pull a bait and switch with his friends kicking him a percentage of the charges ) from Resurrection Plumbing almost got away with it . I called and spoke with Koy , the owner but he was Rude and quick to interrupt and make excuses as I was speaking . AVOID " Ressurection Plumbing " like the Plague if you don't want to end up throwing away your hard earned money .

These gentleman were out to fix my mothers plumbing issue and were apparently nice to deal with and supposedly fixed it. They had given her a time frame between 1 & 6 pm, The very next day her issue was worse and her toilets were not flushing down at all. She called an was given a time frame of between 2 & 6 pm the following day which is today...This is unacceptable, at the very least she should have been made a priority this morning.. Instead she has no where to go to the bathroom and is waiting for this ridiculous time frame to boot... I tried to call these folks several times on Monday as well as today....There is never a person to talk to, which is also unacceptable....And they never called me back from messages left on Monday. In my business, if you drop the ball you get back out pronto to correct it. That's just the right thing to do and is smart business. Apparently these folks don't feel the same. At this point there is no way I recommend this company, even if they are nice...

Coy did some work on my sinks and drains, and the difference is amazing! He came on time, worked quickly, and charged a reasonable price. I'd definitely do business with him again!
