The Palomar Vista Healthcare Center is a 70-plus-bed skilled nursing facility that offers a range of health care services to address the emotional, spiritual, physical and mental needs of its residents. I would honestly have to say that the staff at this facility are probably the most caring I've ever encountered. They take their time to know the patient and really show they care about their outcome. The therapy department is really motivated and I believe it helps to a speedy recovery.

This isn't the most luxurious place the but care is excellent. The nurses and nurse assistants are friendly and treat you like family. The rehab team works miracles - they do a great job getting to know you and push you to achieve your goals. The food is good and everyone seems to enjoy their job. I would highly recommend this place..
