Pacific Sales has provided excellent service over 6 months of my buying items for an addition to our house. Bobbie was very helpful, knew her products, and kept my order in mind and needs attended to. Stuart has recently helped me return a toilet when the plumbers failed to plumb the new rooms appropriately. Again, very knowledgable about the products and how they are installed. Every effort to provide a solution that worked for me. All the staff at the store were attentive and helpful. Store room folks happy to help with loading and unloading. Accounting staff fixed the paperwork happily. Everyone there seems to be happy at work and attentive to customer needs. Only complaint, and I'm not really complaining, is that the computer system used to process orders seems very slow and tedious. My own observation - the staff wasn't complaining. It also has been accurate through several returns, credits, and extra charges, so not all bad. Thank-you to Pacific Sales Escondido for top notch service. The products are good too.

I am new to California and just purchased appliances for my new home. I worked with the Manager Chris B for my purchase and not only did he get me everything that I needed, he made me feel comfortable with my overall purchase. I also was helped at the front counter by Natalie and Daisy and they were very helpful in completing my order. I was very pleased with the customer service that I received from them. I will definitely shop with them again when the time comes.

We highly recommend going through Pacific Sales for any appliance needs! Our agent Tony was patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He provided us with cost-effective alternatives. We did not feel pressured to purchase and we took nearly 2 weeks to decide on all of the appliances - and he was accommodative throughout the process! Our wonderful customer service representative, Daisy C., was so incredibly accommodative, and helpful with questions we had - even after we left the store! She provided us with contact information and told us not to hesitate to reach out if we had any questions or concerns. She continued to help us until our appliances were delivered, and she remained friendly, cooperative, positive, and upbeat despite our incessant questions! We highly recommend Pacific Sales!
