My name is Luis G., and I've been a loyal customer of mt Vernons for quite a long time now, to the point of being on a first name basis with some of the employees, including the night manager. To make this short and sweet, my girl and I found bed bugs last night, in not one, but two rooms. Now I'm thinking to myself, "ok I'm sure they'll treat me right..after the girl at the counter spoke to the OWNER of the place, the OWNER, in a touching display of caring and remorse, offered me a $5 discount, that's right, FIVE dollars, for my next visit, which, of course, HAS to be TODAY. You would tHink that they'd treat a long time loyal customer of theirs just a wee bit better than that..my girl got bitten TWICE, and my leg was all chewed up when I awoke this a.m , their excuse for not giving a refund? Because we stayed all night..IT WAS 3 IN THE FREAKIN MORNING,are they serious?? And we got put in a room where their were more dead bugs?? WTF..? I'm sitting in the lobby as I write this waiting for my ride, and I think I'm gonna have to speak my mind one last time, cuz that's F'N RIDICULOUS.
