La mejor casa de empeño hay en Escondido, me ayudaron con lo que necesitaba y me trataron con respeto, se las recomiendo una y mil veces.

This pawn shop is horible. They only buy what looks good and does not know what the actual value of something yes. If you walk in their with $400 watch they will give you $30. Be carefull and dont get ripped off. They are very rude.

I took my 3 solid gold watches plus gold pins and rings to the store to pawn. The man who waited on me looked at the watches and declared that they were gold plated. He took one watch, put some liquid on it and scratched 3 grooves inside one of the watches. The watches all clearly were printed with 14k. At this point, I gathered my things and said I would go elsewhere. I found another pawn shop where the three watches were recognized as solid gold right away, and were security for a $825 loan. They don't know what they're doing at the House of Pawn. Stay away ! One star is the least I can give - if I could give no stars, I would.

House of Pawn is a family owned business who reach out and touch the people the customers who are in the community. In these economic times if one needs money for necessities they are there to assist you.

They are open (7) days a week and treat each and everyone with respect and kindness. I would recommend House of Pawn who have been in business over 20 yrs.

Noone wants to be in a position to have to Pawn your valuable posessions, some of them family heirlooms, you know what I mean. But when there is no other option, you want an honest, responsible business, and thats tough to find in the Pawn Industry, thats why I am taking the time to write this. I have done business with House of Pawn on multiple occassions. Not only have I always been treated fairly by Van and his Staff, I have been late paying interest charges and Van always respects my posessions, and offers me options, that does not mean I dont have to pay a fair price for his business, but the key work is fair. All of my valuables have always been treated with care, and I have never run into a problem, financially, damage wise, or anything else. I am just a customer, I have no interest in the business, but appreciate an honest business, thats why I wrote this letter. My name is TOM.
