Horrible, unprofessional, scam scums. One star is way too overrating for these hacks. We've been without a toilet for over two weeks. Jose came out during the first week and two-faced all the things a customer wants to hear. Then American Home Shield denied my claim (which I was covered for, and DO NOT recommend AHS for any coverage, but that's another review) and Habit Plumbing had the audacity to quote a price to have their company fix the problem which I am covered for. Absolutely sub-standard. Every time I tried to speak with a representative from AHS regarding the denial, Habit Plumbing gave them a different reason why they couldn't fix it. It is very apparent Jose is having claims denied so he can make more money "fixing" the problem outside of warranty. Good thing I have all the inconsistent, various responses recorded. So now I'm off to the store for parts to fix myself, or maybe I'll have a real plumbing company fix the problem and submit for reimbursement through legal means. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Habit Plumbing, don't be surprised if you find a lawsuit on your doorstep for fraud, and Jose, I hope you step in gum in a parking lot.
