Absolutely no help. This office does not care your situation... They could not help me even WITH insurance and had no referral to anyone else for help.

Rip off. They totally are guilty of unethically high billing. My goodness, looking at what they bill the insurance companies for simple, unnecessary procedures, it's no wonder our health system is in the pits.

I have never reviewed a business on yelp but felt the need to inform others of the sub par service this medical group has provided.
I have been with my girlfriend for every step of her procedures done here and I will shorten the length to make it readable.
After she had a vein procedure that closed off a vein in her leg, they warned her of an increased risk of blood clotting. A few months after the procedure she had an mri because of terrible pain in her leg. The doctors found nothing. Recently she had a visit with Dr.Dao after a pink splotch formed and it became terribly painful to walk. I was first struck by the dismissive tone Dr.Dao had when my girlfriend described the symptoms, then became angry when Dr.Dao made up reasons for the red mark such as "well, its just because you were pushing so much on it"... we never mentioned any physical aggrivation to the area because there had been none.
This is not the first instance of dismissive and annoyed tones received from doctors here, and it makes me question their level of care.
If you truly value your well being, I would suggest going to a medical group that makes an effort to listen to you.

These folks are pathetic. Worst customer service imaginable. I strongly suggest trying to find another provider. I will never go back.

Both the support staff and the clinical staff give indifferent service; eg they have accidentally shredded my old medical records, failed to give promised (and needed) callbacks on urgent medical questions, and rush through exams without inviting patients to elaborate on their concerns. The managers are often not in the clinic or "in a meeting".
