I was dreading the wait time because I live so far away but an oil change and tire rotation and car wash only took an hour.

I am happy to purchased my electric car from Ford. This is my first American made car and it will not be my last. Thanks so much for Mr. Fred Hess, whom helped me to get this car. Mr. Fred Hess is very professional in what he does. He went above and beyond to made sure I get what I needed. He has taken his time to answer all my questions. Please exucesed my spelling.

Yes. I was told that the repair would take 3 to 4 weeks due to the fact that the part I need was on back order but after Ray Clearwater negotiated getting me a rental vehicle during the duration of my repairs... it only took two days to get me back on the road. Ray went above and beyond and ensured that my accommodations were met. Ray is a true professional and has and will make me choose ford in the future. Hire more guys like Ray Clearwater.

Wow, my mind is blown!! Using Ford of Escondido I had an amazing Experience with Cameron D. and Richard who are Service Advisers and they were the best. They made sure my needs were met, I was followed up with, I was told how my service was coming along, and Cameron even helped me find a rental car place (greenleaf rent a car) that worked with me to get me into something that I could afford and was not a clunker!!
