My personal experience with this company has not been pleasant. Teresa Parkhurst is the company CEO and she is very disappointing. I tried calling and discussing my issues and my concerns regarding my HOA payments. I thought that my concern was not listened to and I felt that I was entirely dismissed. A big part of their business is collecting payments from clients (homeowners and tenants) and properties and I think they need to update their systems so that clients can wire transfer their funds quicker than the system they use currently. It is my opinion that the CEO might be understaffed and has no help running the day to day functions, too many properties and the inability to process same day transactions, affects the human service component to the business, which is lacking thereof, coming off as repellent and rude to clients. Honestly, I felt disrespected and talked down to. It has been an unfriendly experience for the past 15 years now. Bottom line, Coastal Association Services are only in the business of taking their clients hard earned money and in return giving lackluster customer service, with no regard to quality or trust in service. Use another HOA management company.
