Absolute best experience ever! Hercules, our one year old shepherd had an emergency issue on a holiday, after hours. Dr. Scott DiLorenzo (the owner and manager) worked on Hurcules personally. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable...the entire staff was fantastic! I have medical experience and it's hard to impress me. Needless to say I was blown away! Fantastic, period! I would put more stars if I could!

They were able to get a foxtail out of our dog's ear. He's doing much better now!

This is not a regular veterinary office. If you have a regular veterinary need, you should go to a regular vet. This is like an emergency room/hospital. You were going to pay more, because you're paying for them to be available 24/7/365.

That said, I had a great experience. My dog had an injured leg, wouldn't walk, wouldn't walk even for food (that in and of itself scared me), and this was the leg in which she had cancer about 18 months before.

The night crew were nice, thorough, and gave my sweet little schnauzer Dilaudid, which made her high as a kite. But not in pain.

I feel that I was charged a fair price – a couple of x-rays, exam, narcotics while we were there, meds to go home with, all at 2 AM for about $300. They called me the next day to make sure Sasha wasn't any worse.

Unfortunately, I have been to several emergency vets in my life. I am so surprised that this was the least expensive ER pet visit of all.

You don't know how much I appreciate the folks at Animal Urgent Care. Bless you on and all. I have had both my dogs there and now my cat, Mr. Whiskers. Everyone I have come in contact there has been so nice and very thoughtful. Thank you so much.

We were referred to your Urgent Care center by Midland Animal Clinic; they highly recommended your center. Our dog, Maddy, was treated for ingestion of an unknown poison, and we picked her up at Midland to bring her to you for overnight treatment. Your staff started her back up on fluids and everything was done very quickly and professionally. Dr. DiNunzio explained how Maddy would be monitored overnight, and your staff explained any treatments and costs that would/could take place. We got the call to pick Maddy up the next morning; staff said she had rested and nothing eventful had happened. We really appreciate the care your staff showed Maddy. Thank you!

We brought our 10 week old pug into Animal Urgent Care with pneumonia. We were so scared that she wouldn't make it. The staff was so wonderful and very accommodating. The vets updated us each morning about our puppy's condition. She is now on her road to recovery. The whole staff was very caring to our sick puppy. My family and I would like to say thank you to you all from the bottom of our hearts!

From the minute we walked in everyone was wonderful and put us right at ease. I knew in an instant that my baby girl was in very good hands and was going to get the best possible care. Everyone was responsive, called with updates as promise and did such a good job that she was even able to come home hours before we thought. She's doing great and almost back to normal. All thanks to your expertise and loving care.
