Received courteous and prompt service when I took in my older Filter Queen vacuum for service. No upsell - they brought the power nozzle back to their service area - saw that it needed a new belt. 15 mins later brought it out and I paid less than $20. Definitely recommend them and will go back to them for any other issues.
