They are absolutely awful. Stereotypical shady business that steals their residents money and cuts every corner when it comes to up keeping their apartment buildings. Lies about having their apartment building up to code and residents are at risk of being electrocuted by live wires that they failed to ever take care of. I don't know how they haven't been shut down. There's more reviews of this business on Google. One man calls them "slum land lords" - I could not agree more. Please take my advice and avoid this business at all costs.
