I wanted to see my father efore his cremation . They wouldnt allow me to without charging 200.00. I called different chapels owned by same corporation. . They said they allowed an ID visitation to immediate family free of charge. So shame on you for trying to make an extra buck from a devastated daughter. You are the reason people view the industry as money mongering death houses
