I was first quoted $85 an hour and a couple of days later it was $115 an hour. They estimated 4-5 hours but they said they usually finish sooner. They took over 7 hours which included many water breaks and one took a 30 minute bathroom break. I'm single so I didn't have that much. The contract has many exclusions that you have to initial and sign, this after you've paid the $100 deposit and you're responsible for the 2 hour min - sign or not you're already out over $300. The movers talked about tips so I asked one of them how much the usual tip was, he said it was usually $10 - $20 each. Later the other guy said that most people tipped $50 or more and said people with money were the worst tippers and people like me (elderly, on Social Security) , tipped better. He went on with this for several minutes and I pretty much felt obligated to give them $50 each. What should have cost me $500 ended up costing over $900 with tips. I cannot recommend this company.
