"Know what they are talking about"-Should have called them in the first place but, home warranty stepped in and I got some bad info regarding the usage of heat pump-James from Nicely 'nice guy" put us straight and got us knowing the furnace.
Now we sleep better at night. I will be using them for future services and maintenance. Stay warm!!!"

Excellent Sevice!! Niceley's has serviced our hvac unit for years and has kept it in tip top shape, while charging very fair prices. When our air went out a year ago, they bent over backwards to get out to our house asap!

I will never use them again.They overcharge and require 2 visits to fix anything.They look at the appliance to be repaired and then tell you they will call with the estimate to fix it. They could fix it while looking at it. The estimate is over the top. They charge over $100/hour.

great place people so freindly and helpful if you need it they probablity have it, they have had everything that i have needed and i have older appliances they also have that small town feel about themselves makes you want to come back, all my family and freinds go there for parts wouldnt go anywhere else.they go out of there way to be helpful. thanks

My husband and I just moved to the area from Michigan and had no idea who to call to fix our dryer when it broke down. We just randomly picked Nicely's and were so relieved and thankful that they had excellent service and a very friendly repairman. The repairman did an excellent job and then made all kinds of suggestions regarding our other appliances. He told us about the filter for the furnace, the filter for the fridge, etc... Things we did't know about our appliances. It wasn't done in a "upsell" type of way either, it was him just being helpful and giving us a lot of good information. He did have the filters we needed for the fridge and furnace so we did buy them but the price was good. Very very good service. I would highly highly recommend this company for appliance repairs and will definitely call them when we need help again.
