Have been working with Hagedorn & Paul Cahill for almost 50 years and have NEVER had a problem. Wouldn't consider purchasing an appliance from any other appliance store.

What a waste of time.My wife and I walked into the store on Saturday morning. A salesman was helping another couple. There were three men sitting on their butts and no one moved. When the other couple left, that salesman sat down, No one even moved until we headed for the door.We were probably in the store for 5 minutes looking at Inventory.....I cannot not for the life of me figure out how they stay in business with that kind of customer service.I can only imagine the nightmares if they are called for service to the house....

They are honest and reliable taking care of their customers from beginning to end at the start with choosing the correct appliance, installation, and their quick response when service is needed. Their service is impeccable and they make sure they get the job done right.

I will continue to purchase from them and recommend them to my family and friends. They are loyal to their customers and take pride in their family business!

Hagedorn Appliance's is a honest and reliable business. They employees are knowledgeable about their products. They are also very helpful in finding anything that you maybe looking for regarding appliances, as well as finding what issue you might be having with your appliances. They have reasonable prices and beautiful showrooms.

I have and always will suggest this company to all my family and friends.

I went there on a whim, not expecting much. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The sales associate Paul was very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly! No high pressure a relaxed atmosphere and a over all wonderful experience. So much for the big box stores I am a customer PLEASE DONT CHANGE!
