Do not waste your time at Urgent Care. We took our 2 year old daughter to Urgent Care after she hurt her leg on a trampoline. They took x-rays and told her she was okay to go home. She was in extreme pain for several days after our visit and we decided to take her to our primary care physician.



Our physician told us that something was wrong and then referred us to Shriner's. The physician from Shriner's read the exact same x-rays that were taken by Urgent Care and we were told that her leg was fractured. He stated that it was extremely clear from the x-rays that it was fractured. When we contacted Urgent Care to request a refund for the poor and worthless service that we received, we were given the run around, our phone calls were not returned and we were told that their staff are not trained to read x-rays. This is complete incompetence.



If you are considering a visit to Urgent Care, don't waste your time, go directly to the emergency room where they have trained professionals.
