When you donate goods to The Salvation Army, those items are then sold at our Thrift Stores. Proceeds are used to fund our Adult Rehabilitation Centers, where those struggling with drugs and alcohol find help, hope, and a second chance at life.

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS!! Friendly staff. Wednesdays are the best prices, but it is a mad house prepaid for long long lines!

Store floor dirty. Called worker could not use restroom DISCUSTING. Poorly organized furniture and house ware. Same items have been there for months . Pictures faded and dirty. Seems very dingy . I worked near by and have donated many items there some clothes with tags still on. New release books and clean not broken furniture and china. Most items that I have donated ate in excellent condition. Never see any of the items I have donated in that store . Very confused by this. Have decided to donate to the Erie City Mission instead since your store looks so uncared for. I will say that your cashiers are always so nice.

This store is extremely dirty. Floors haven't been mopped in forever. Clothes piled high in the dressing rooms.

I got a great deal on several no-iron dress shirts for work. I also bought an electronic tire gauge at your store originally made by radio shack, but when I got it back home in Ohio, it didn't work. It has a non-replaceable lithium battery in it that is dead. A simple test by the store could have found the failure and saved me the loss and disappointment. I sure would like to get my $3.00 back for selling me the broken gauge.

This store ROCKS! I have found purchased so many articles of clothing and shoes that my closet is bursting, but not my wallet!
