Beware...initially went to Dr. Nazari for general dentistry, she seemed very pleasant and genuinely concerned. I ran into some complications with an infected tooth, she assured me I would be able to contact her over the weekend as she was the on-call dentist. After a half dozen attempts I went to the emergency room. When released Dr. Nazario called and apologized for being out of range as she was in the mountains. I suffered grueling excruciating pain, missed two weeks of work and am currently under the care of a new dentist who has been very reasonable and understanding regarding my financial status. In the mean time, I have been receiving numerous calls from collections regarding my perfect teeth bill. Regional manager at perfect teeth has informed me that she is willing to look over emergency room out of pocket expense and my current expenses due my new dentist for repairs. The issue I have with perfect teeth is incompetent care and unwillingness to understand my reluctance to pay their bill after spending literally thousands to fix damage done. I guess the best thing to do at this point is to pay the collection agency before losing my credit on top of everything else. Unfortunately, I do not have the money to retain an attorney at this time but plan to do so, in hopes of at least retrieving some of it. I am close to throwing in the towel on this one but friend have encouraged me to stick with it because of similar experiences with this outfit. Hopefully this will save some patients from going through the same agony.
