Built 2 homes, one in Loveland and one in Mead. In both cases the workmanship was less that top quality. In the case of Loveland , the installers must have been handling grease or perhaps sealant and made a mess of the gutters. Finally got them to come out and clean them. In Mead, the contractor insisted on using Front Range, we have had a couple that must have had corner or end leaks which eventually rotted the fascia boards. In one case the installer just left a partially used tube of sealant in the gutter causing it to eventually clog and overflow. I don't want to be contacted about this. It's water under the bridge - or over the gutter. Fix your processes.
