if i could give this company 0 stars i would. Took over 3 weeks to get one part in, along with at least 2-3 phone calls every couple days just to get in touch with someone at the company!!! How can you run a business if the phone is not ever answered!!! When he gets there to fix he has the nerve to leave a bill for over $500, just CRAZY!!! Said it was the freon...he filled the freon (4lbs. when he made the first call to see what the problem was then comes back and adds another 8LBS...i think he needed to be looking more into why it needed SO MUCH MORE freon, maybe had he not prolonged fixing it, it would NOT had needed the extra!!!!!! DO NOT CALL THEM TO WORK OR INSTALL YOUR UNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
