My fiance and I needed a new mattress on the spot. Our lovely cat had wet the bed again and this time it was impossible to get the stain/odor out. We decided to purchase a mattress on the cheaper side just to get us through the year until we moved into our "forever home." So my fiancé went to sleepys on sunday, without me, to pick out a bed. He choose something on the cheaper end.. $600. But it was still comfortable enough. That night I slept in the bed. It was as hard as a rock and I woke up feeling stiff and sore. My fiance swore to Me that this was not the bed he picked out at the store. For the heck of it we typed in our product code from our receipt on sleepys website. The mattress was half the price of what we paid on their own website and was incorrect from what was chosen in the store!! We called the epping store after only one night of sleeping on the mattress. Nobody picked up the phone!! We called 3 times. Still no answer. We then called the plaistow store and they literally told us they were too busy at the moment to help us. Finally we spoke with someone in Salem who was nice enough to help. We went to the salem store and explained our situation. We are still waiting on an out come at this point but I'm not sure if I will ever purchase another mattress from sleepys again.

When my fiancee and I went in looking for our first mattress together in over 5 years..we didn't really know what to look for. We met a man named jon who was ever nice and informative. We joked going in that we might get rushed buy sales people..but not at all. Jon was a great help and a pleasure to work with.
