I give them a fat 0. I had fuel delivered on the 29th they billed my account on the 2nd we had an emergency could not pay immediately so I contacted them on the 4th after some miscommunication to try to set up something one week later.they ran my card behind my back numerous times and drained my account for what little money we had in there.after they said they would not.after I got off the phone again trying to figure out this mess they ran it again. Back stabbing people. Is that the way to keep customers? Instead of working with them. Everyone I know will now know what kind of staff you have!!!!!! Disgusted!!!!

Absolutely love Buxton oil. I think it's the owner I speak to when I need oil on Facebook. She's so super nice and got me oil when I needed it. I had onetime I was out of oil and they made a trip out to get me oil. I will never use another company. Even when I have actually called, everyone has been super nice. Everyone in my neighbor hood uses another company but I've used Buxton since I bought my house and never will switch. They comes when they say and the drivers are so nice. Thank you buxton :)

If I could give zero stars I would. I never write reviews but felt like I needed to after the HORRIBLE service I received. There was a mix up and they charged the wrong account and when I called to fix it Donna the owner said that it wasn't their problem and there was nothing they could do. Donna was extremely unprofessional and showed zero empathy for the mis communication and proceeded to hang up on me multiple times. Worst customer service ever I will never ever give my business to them again.

Rude. These guys are not only rude but inconsistent as well. They change how they do things on a regular basis and when i confronted them about it they were just downright rude and even the manager told me to buy my oil elsewhere. I did so with delight and without hesitation I was offered a cheaper oil price from nice people. It is not ok to cancel someones heating oil delivery without notification and then still charge the credit card, without dropping off any oil. They will rip you off, there are better choices, I suggest you use Granite State Oil or Favorite Fuels if you can.

So close, I can almost call them neighbors, very competitively priced within the local area almost all of the time(by $0.04/Gal or MORE the day I checked!). But, what AMAZED me was the speed & personal attention given to me. Brenda explained everything clearly via e-mail, required minimal information from me & delivered before all of the kids were gone the next morning! Every interaction was better than "as agreed", amazingly quick, very upfront, clearly laid out & honest. Since I don't want to have to 'shop' every fill up, Buxton has made it incredibly easy to do business with. Highly recommended- well run, professional business with a personal touch that exceeds all expectations.
