I was very reluctant to try pole fitness at first because I thought I wouldn't be any good at it. I am so glad I got over that fear because not only do I love how fun it is, I love the ladies I have met and the confidence it has given me. Everyone is so welcoming and genuine. If you are looking for a new way to work out, I highly recommend looking up Penny's studio. You will not regret it, I promise!!

I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I met Penny last year and have lost over 50 lbs since then! Ponytails is a fun, amazing environment where I've never felt self conscious to be there. When I have to miss a class I actually find myself missing the gym and my friends there! How many gyms can you say that about??

I love this studio! I take pole fitness and it's amazing! The music and atmesphere is spot on, all of the girls are so friendsly and the teacher works with you if you need help. Defiantly signing up for more classes!

I thoroughly enjoy working out at Ponytails! The owner is great and so are the instructors! The classes are fun and they change so it never gets boring! Come work out here where fitness is always fun!!!!

I have always felt welcome and never out of place. There is a great group of women who are encouraging and bring out the best in one another.

I take a ton of classes here but my two favorites are dumbbell divas for a good lifting and core workout along with Zumba for some fun with the friends I've made at the gym! I love the comfort here and the women are amazing. I am soon going to try pole. I've taken it a few times but with the popularity of it rising in magazines and television I figure what better time to get Into it before everyone starts signing up!! I'm excited and happy I've worked out here and I recomend it before any gym. I've tried both planet fitness and the rec and neither compare.

They have BOKWA, HOOP, ZUMBA and so much more. It is so fun! AFFORDABLE FITNESS and FUN FITNESS!

I cannot say enough good things! The women I have met are all wonderful, the owner is fabulous, the instructors are encouraging.. I can't wait to come to each of my sessions. Pole is absolutely fun and a great confidence builder! So happy!
