I have dealt with Modular Home Erectors for years and I find them to be top notch. If you need a set crew they are the best.

I've been building modular homes for 20 years and returned to MHE's as a customer because of the 2021 building boom. With all the work I was caught with a delivery and no one to set it. I contacted JR Friday and Tuesday I was on his schedule including the extra travel. I also know from experience I'll get a complete job. Their the premier modular set service in the NE USA.
