Provided by YP.comWe used thge Week's services when my Dad died. We had arranged everything in advance since we were expecting him to pass soon. When the time came however, Dwayne Weeks made major changes to our arrangements with no advance notice or apology. This did cause considerable distress to my Mother. Even the sales representative from the Week's Home was baffled as to why he had made the changes. I cannot recommend this funeral home.
Thank you for sharing your feelings. I apologize for not meeting your expectations. We strive to serve every family with compassion and integrity. It is important to note that Duane (Dad to me) has been retired from the day to day business for some time and any mistakes are my responsibility. I would welcome the opportunity to meet or speak on the phone to clear up any misunderstandings and help us improve our service to others as we move forward. Again, thank you for sharing your feelings and please accept my sincere apologies for your disappointment.
